A private retreat with Holistic Egypt begins with what brings you here: a question you’ve been carrying, a longing for clarity, or a pull toward Egypt you can’t quite explain. Together, we set an intention that gives your journey its direction, allowing space for reflection at a pace that feels right for you.
Within the temples, you might pause for a guided meditation or explore the ancient stories and symbols as a way of reflecting on your own life. In the desert, a quiet walk can lead into time for journaling, breathwork, or simply sitting with the stillness of the landscape. Beside the Nile, you can slow down, reflect on what has surfaced, and consider what you want to carry home.
Your facilitator helps you connect these experiences to your intention through thoughtful conversation and gentle guidance. There is room to explore what moves you, stay longer with a meaningful moment, or rest when you need to. Traveling privately means nothing is rushed. You can enter a temple at first light, before the crowds arrive, and stay until the stones have said what they have to say.

From the moment you arrive, a facilitator walks the journey with you. They open each ceremony at the altar, explain the plants and what to expect before every botanical ceremony, and stay close when an experience becomes intense or unexpected.
